ET01 OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the “ET01 Can-Am Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Elite Toyz Co (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, or Google.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BRP, Can-Am, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks, vehicle names, and brand references are used only for prize identification purposes.
I. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, U.S. military installations outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, including spouse, parent, sibling, and child, and household members, whether related or not, are not eligible.
Household/email limit: If a single household, by address, registers more than five (5) unique email addresses, Sponsor may disqualify all entries from that household.
Prior winner ineligibility: Any individual who has won a sweepstakes or contest prize from Sponsor within the past twelve (12) months is ineligible.
All federal, state, and local laws apply.
II. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
A. Automatic Entry via Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent, excluding taxes, shipping/handling, discounts, and gift card redemptions, on eligible merchandise from the SHOP section of the Website, including apparel, accessories, digital products, quick entries, bundles, and related product categories, at:
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back before the drawing, all associated entries will be void.
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order and/or delivered digitally. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to the giveaway and cannot be withdrawn. Sponsor cannot tamper with, remove, or alter entries for the giveaway.
Entry Multipliers. From time to time, Sponsor may announce multiplier offers, including but not limited to 10X, 25X, 50X, 100X, 150X, or 200X, where each $1 USD spent equals multiple entries. Multiplier details will be posted on the Website and/or Sponsor’s official social media channels.
Bonus Items. Certain exclusive, limited-time, or bundled items may grant additional entries as displayed on the relevant product page(s).
Anti-fraud. Entries obtained through automated means, including scripts, macros, bots, or similar methods, purchase-and-return schemes, fraudulent transactions, third-party entry services, or any other method that violates these Official Rules are void and may result in permanent disqualification.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase
To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print on a 3” x 5” card or paper your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Mail the card in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper postage to:

All AMOE entries must be postmarked by July 26th, 2026 and received by July 31st, 2026.
Each valid mail-in entry received equals twenty (20) entries. During a posted Bonus or Multiplier Period, a mail-in entry may receive the applicable multiplier if the entrant clearly hand-writes the multiplier on the lower right-hand corner of the envelope and the postmark date falls within the posted period. Otherwise, the base twenty (20) entries will be awarded.
Mail-in entries must be handwritten only by the entrant. No photocopies, mechanical reproductions, printed submissions, or third-party assistance are permitted.
Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments will not be accepted.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.
III. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. CST on June 13th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on August 1st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
IV. WINNER SELECTION; ODDS; NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about August 5th, 2026.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by phone and/or email using the information provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must complete, sign, and return all required documentation, including IRS Form W-9, Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other requested forms, within seven (7) days of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, cannot be contacted, refuses the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize may remain unawarded.
V. PRIZE DETAILS

Vehicle Delivery & Compliance. Winner must take delivery at a Sponsor-designated location within thirty (30) days of notification of availability, or the prize may be forfeited. Winner is solely responsible for transportation, pickup/transfer, storage, insurance, title, registration, licensing, dealer/document fees, and all taxes related to the prize.
Winner must present a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for winner’s inability to legally register, insure, operate, transport, or take possession of the vehicle.
Taxes & Reporting. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize, as required by law.
No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or any component of the prize, with another prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Prize is awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, performance, title, registration, safety, or legal compliance of the vehicle beyond what is expressly stated in these Official Rules.
VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to defraud the Sponsor, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
VII. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, city/state of residence, statements, prize information, and any related content for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or approval.
VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, social media platforms, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, death, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or any other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
IX. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
